“Deliverables”

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Madison Ghostwriting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these requirements.
4. Service Agreement
By placing an order and making payment, you authorize Madison Ghostwriting to begin work on your project based on the information, requirements, and materials you provide.
The Client is solely responsible for:

Supplying necessary information and documentation.
Approving milestones within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to provide required materials may result in project delays for which Madison Ghostwriting shall not be held responsible.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full payment and project completion:
Ownership rights of the final approved deliverables are transferred to the Client.
Madison Ghostwriting relinquishes all claims to authorship unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client assumes full responsibility for how the completed work is published, distributed, or utilized.
Madison Ghostwriting reserves the right to retain internal copies of completed work for archival, quality assurance, and legal compliance purposes.
6. Ghostwriting Services Policy
Madison Ghostwriting provides professional ghostwriting and content development services.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that:
Content is created specifically for your project.
Deliverables are intended for lawful and ethical use.
You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
Madison Ghostwriting does not guarantee bestseller status, publishing acceptance, media coverage, or commercial success.
Results may vary depending on market conditions, publishing platforms, competition, audience engagement, and marketing efforts.
7. Revision Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us.
We provide revisions based on the originally approved project scope.
Revisions may not include:
Complete project rewrites.
New project requirements introduced after project commencement.
Significant changes to the original brief.
Additional content outside the agreed scope.
Madison Ghostwriting reserves the right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a revision or a new project.
8. Refund Policy
Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Eligible Refund Situations
A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before Project Initiation
A full refund may be issued if work has not yet commenced on the project.
Order Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation within one (1) hour of payment if no substantial work has begun.
After this period, administrative and processing fees may apply.
Failure to Deliver
If Madison Ghostwriting fails to deliver the agreed service without reasonable justification and after multiple attempts at resolution, a refund may be evaluated based on documented evidence.
Service Mismatch
If the delivered work substantially differs from the documented project specifications and revisions fail to resolve the issue, partial or full compensation may be considered at management discretion.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Client Delays
When delays result from the Client’s failure to provide:
Project requirements
Feedback
Approvals
Source materials
Necessary documentation
Subjective Preferences
Refunds will not be granted solely because:
The Client dislikes the writing style.
Personal preferences differ from the delivered content.
Publishing outcomes do not meet expectations.
Change of Mind
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind after project commencement are not eligible.
Completed Services
Once services have been substantially completed and approved, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Third-Party Outcomes
Madison Ghostwriting cannot issue refunds based on:
Amazon KDP decisions
Publishing platform rejections
Marketing performance
Sales performance
Book reviews
Advertising results
10. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, Madison Ghostwriting may offer:
Partial reimbursement
Service credit
Future project discounts
Additional revisions
Such resolutions remain solely at the discretion of Madison Ghostwriting management.
11. Project Abandonment Policy
A project shall be considered abandoned if:
No communication is received from the Client for forty-five (45) consecutive days.
The Client fails to provide approvals, feedback, or requested materials.
Abandoned projects may be archived and subject to reactivation fees.
12. Closed Project Policy
A project shall be deemed closed when:
Final deliverables have been approved and delivered.
No communication has occurred for forty-five (45) days following project completion.
Once a project is closed, Madison Ghostwriting shall not be held liable for modifications, updates, or disputes arising after closure.
Additional work requested after closure may require a new agreement and separate fees.
13. Confidentiality
Madison Ghostwriting respects client confidentiality.
We will not disclose confidential project information to third parties except:
When required by law.
To fulfill contracted services.
With the Client’s written authorization.
Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
Madison Ghostwriting shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Publishing losses
Marketing losses
Business interruptions
Reputation-related claims
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
15. Website Usage
You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
Interfere with website functionality or security.
Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action.
16. Third-Party Services
